In order to facilitate product sales in foregn trade, the Rossi International took care in developing a high qualified technical team to work straightly in exportation issues and guarante outside buyers be satisfied with a first class job, coming to develop a strong business relationship.

This technical team is composed by 6 high qualified departments.

Marketing = Responsable for a straight study together the vendor of all product characteristics, it takes special care if there will be adjustments or modifications before being exposed in international market, also responsible for promotional materials design to commercial agents.  

Planning = Responsable for working together commercial agents for promotional materials exposition in foreigh markets. It keeps diary contact with commercial agents to know about products acceptance.

Business = Responsable for receiving purchase orders from the commercial agents, starts them together vendors and prepare the shipping documentation necessary to customs clearance.

Logistic = Responsable for cargo movement and safety, it tries to keep the sales price more atractive to foregn market. It certifies the cargoes arrive in excellent conditions to importers. 

Legal = Responsible for certifying there will be no barriers to stop the cargoes arrival to the final destination.

Client Satisfaction Research (CSR) = Responsible for evaluating if the product has arrived in good conditions to the importer and it checks clients satisfaction to keep future business.
